Pathfinders is always looking for compassionate, dependable professionals who want to make a difference in the lives of youth and families facing challenges. Our Youth and Family Support Specialists provide mentoring, skill-building, tutoring, advocacy, and practical support to young people involved with schools, social services, juvenile justice, and other community systems.

This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, relational, organized, and able to balance direct support with professional responsibilities.

In this role, you may:

Mentor and support youth in home, school, and community settings.
Help young people build life skills, improve decision-making, and work toward personal goals.
Support families through encouragement, problem-solving, and resource connection.
Collaborate with schools, case managers, social services, and other partners.
Participate in Pathfinders activities, workshops, field trips, and community activities.
Respond thoughtfully to challenges and adjust support based on individual needs.
Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with program and funding requirements.
Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing communication with Pathfinders staff.
