Our Youth and Family Support Specialists provide mentoring, skill-building, tutoring, advocacy, and practical support to young people involved with schools, social services, juvenile justice, and other community systems.
This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, relational, organized, and able to balance direct support with professional responsibilities.
This is a flexible, field-based role where specialists manage their own schedules and accept referrals based on specialty, availability and location.
That flexibility comes with responsibility: successful specialists are proactive communicators, reliable team members, and strong at balancing relationship-building with documentation and deadlines.

Interns work alongside current Youth & Family Support Specialists, gaining real-world experience supporting youth and families, learning community-based interventions, and building practical skills that translate into future careers.
